We present you the starred restaurants in the Region of Madrid. If you visit Madrid, book in one of ths restaurant, it will be an unforgettable moment.

Three stars

Diverxo has achieved the desired three Michelin stars. Madrid chef Dabiz Muñoz of DiverXo is atypical, since open his restaurant in Madrid in 2007, after working in Londres for some years, he has surprised, according to Michelin jury, for proving an "exceptional creatividy and merge various culinary styles full of aromas, flavors and delicate textures". 

We are short of words to define Dabiz Muñoz cuisine. Overgrown of imagination and creativity, the chef is specialized mergent the products creating traditional recipes with flavors and aromas from the asian cuisine, surprising the diners. Dabiz Muñoz has become a reference, winning three Michelin stars and opening new facilities in the NH Eurobuiding Hotel, a setting that match with a 3-star cuisine.

Two stars

The deeply missed Catalan chef Santi Santamaría opened his restaurant in Madrid at Santceloni inside the Hesperia Hotel at Paseo de la Castellana. As time goes on, his team continue the work leaded by Óscar Velasco in the kitchen, Abel Valverde in the room and David Robledo as a sumiller, where we find an absolute advocate of high quality cuisine and total respect to the product and seasoning. Don't miss the cheese table, probably the best in Spain.

A palace setting for creativity lovers, Paco Roncero leads La Terraza del Casino. Here you can taste tje maximum innovative food as we look inside the restaurant, thanks to the designer Jaime Hayón building a light, avant-garde and classy space. Lately, Roncero has gone a little further in his Senses Workshop offering a unique sensorial experienc in the world.

At Unico Hotel, a boutique-hotel in Salamanca District we find a high cuisine restaurant: Ramón Freixa. Three tasting menus and a brief menu, form the restaurant cuisine structure. A sophisticated Mediterranean cuisine based on modern creations.

In Maruqés de Riscal street, Mario Sandoval chef leads Coque, a flavor feast as an avant garde restaurant that don't stop watching at the traditional cuisine. The Madrid style cuisine is constantly present, being respectfull with the seasoning of the products. The great wine selection and the masterfully cooked suckling pig are some of the things you can taste.

Diego Guerrero enter in the list thanks to DSTAgE, after achieving two starts in El Club Allard. High cuisine in a nuew format, benefitting the client, breaking with the old style.

One star

For Japanese cuisne lovers, two restaurants iwth one star, Kabuki Wellington and Kabuki, a safe chice. Ricardo Sanz chef, reinterprets the Japanese cuisine thanks to the high quality products with a nod to the Spanish cuisine, being imitated by other restaurants.

First, Álbora. David García chef, propose us a modern high quality cuisine, without forgetting the traditional Spanish roots. You will find two tasting menus and a brief menu selection in the bar.

In Valdemoro you will find the Chirón Restaurant, where Ivan Muñoz interpret creatively the traditional recipes, like boning oxtail with marrow of Campo Real, pear an mushrooms or the strawberry gin tonic.

In San Lorenzo de El Escorial we find a 2015 novelty, Montia, where Daniel Ochoa has achieved a great atmosphear thanks tohis original cuisine and an exquisite decoration. In Montia you have two tasting menus full of local products.

El Club Allard brings us a refined setting inspired by English clubs, where we can enjoy high quality cuisine thanks to chef Maria Marte. We still find some of the creations of Diego Guerrero, the previous chef, but gradually the menu has been renewed.
